As I'm setting up my mod I notice that pyramids cost 40 to build and I have units that cost 30 that come out much, much faster.
So is there a different multiplier from what I set in the editor to what it actually costs for improvements vs. units?

Yes, they do. Units used to be the same as improvements, so you'd have units costing 1, 2, 3, etc.
so just multiply it by 10 for units.

????
Improvements, wonders etc, multiply by ten
units can be priced anything. (11, 53, 60 etc) and have no multiplier.

I phrased that badly... That's what I meant.
