Random Announcer "A bold move made by Jekon. We will just have to see how this plays out in the end, as it could mean anything."
Would a mod please add an abstain option? Pretty please. :(
Stuck_as_a_Mac Sep 13, 2004, 02:03 PM uhhh.. vote SaaM(san) for more wackiness!

CivGeneral Sep 14, 2004, 02:54 PM Abstain, Private poll :p
Civanator Sep 14, 2004, 03:32 PM wow abstain might win lol
Ankka Sep 15, 2004, 10:30 AM Why should the poll be public?
BCLG100 Sep 15, 2004, 12:28 PM why should the poll be public? are the elections public? no as they dont want them turning into popularity contests.
Ankka Sep 15, 2004, 12:38 PM But isn't this already a popularity contest, really? :hmm:
Cyc Sep 15, 2004, 01:52 PM why should the poll be public? are the elections public? no as they dont want them turning into popularity contests.
First of all, I was making a joke. Seriously, this situation is comical. No one has anything to lose here, other than NOT being voted "Writer of the Month".x    "OMG! You mean I'm not going to be writer of the month? I should probably be outraged and personally attack someone that didn't vote for me. Heck! If it was a friend of mine, I should probably denounce the friendship for good! How could anyone not vote for ME as Writer of the Month??!!!!"
Let's be real here. This is just another example of why all polls should be public. There's no need to hide your vote for something as non-important as this.
Black_Hole Sep 15, 2004, 04:10 PM Abstain, private poll :p
RegentMan Sep 15, 2004, 05:40 PM Okay, here I go with a post that is a slight twist of ravensfire's stance on public polls, for the fourth time:
Ahem... Abstain, private poll.
Seriously, I abstained because I'm not active enough in the RPG forum to know each of these people and their stories.
BCLG100 Sep 16, 2004, 11:49 AM sorry Cyc bad day :/ i see your point, just some demogamers might take the votes to heart which is why i kept it secret.
Ankka Sep 17, 2004, 07:09 AM We can always start a new poll that is public.
BCLG100 Sep 17, 2004, 01:36 PM nah just leave it until the poll closes.
Ankka Sep 18, 2004, 03:05 AM Which is...?
RegentMan Sep 18, 2004, 10:19 AM Sep 20, 2004 at 11:04 AM (From the top of the poll).
Ankka Sep 18, 2004, 10:35 AM In a week... no, wait, 2 days. I'm a little out of my time, seems.
I guess not much will change... Abstain wins! :wow:
BCLG100 Sep 18, 2004, 05:34 PM well is abstain wins it goes to the next highest thing, though this is the best abstain has ever done since the provincial elections in DG2 :)
Stuck_as_a_Mac Sep 20, 2004, 02:20 PM uh... do i win?
BCLG100 Sep 20, 2004, 02:30 PM yer go on then, you win, ongratlations stuck, you can now have the title in your sig for a month or so and go to your character details and add 2 points to any skill you want :)
Zarn Oct 03, 2004, 11:09 AM Err... the next month is over, already.
Ankka Oct 03, 2004, 11:53 AM Yay! New elections for storyteller of the Month! :yeah: :D
