As most of you know by now, I have a spacesim program called Celestia, and you get to create fictional planets.

My question is, does anyone know of any good freeware fractal generator programs that I can use to create maps for planets?

Don't know whether it's a game or not, but here you go. :) It's a very old program (1990), but it still works for me with Windows XP (without DosBOX).

I tried using it, but it's a bit complex. I'm more comfortable with point-and-click interfaces. I'll keep it anyway. Just in case. ;)

If anyone has a good fractal program, I'm still open to ideas.
