    I can appreciate the concern for the civil rights of minors and all, but given how often they're suppressed, this seems like a really petty issue. Really, if what you say is primarily expressed in the clothes you wear, I doubt it's worth saying. Uniforms can curb gang activity and encourage modesty, so even if they're unnecessary, they're very useful.
