  • Lol, took millenia before answering. ;)
So why looking into an RFC thread where a guy talked about how to exploit civics to manage domination without stability problems. Twice surprisingly.
It doesn't bother me that he WBed the map, he should have just said he made the start easier. People can do what ever they want to a map, but they should say that they made it much easier for something that they are trying to teach from. He should have also said that he had previous map knowledge to playing it the first time.
I don't care really. People are free to use WB in S&T as much as they want.
Oh boy. First MarigoldRan (my first presence in S&Tips), then Seraiel, then Brennus.Quidley, then another dude I forgot the name and now Cseanny. ZZZ, do we need to diabolize some individual each time? :\
So I figured out what he did with Germany, and why he did it. He switched yours and Germanys starting locations so that you wouldn't be the only border of the Aztecs. He also gave you much better surrounding land, and more room to expand into. Thus making the start insanely easier.
Oh yea the fail of a WB where you have contact with Germany on T0. I forgot about that, yea he needed to say that he altered the map to make it easier. You should only WB maps to make it harder, like switching Nappies, and Ghandis starting locations. >;D
Don't take it personal, Gkey .If I haven't done any input, it's because I'm was barely on the forums recently. I've been like 1 hour overall perhaps during the week. Spoutnik bip-bip-bip was delayed, I stopped my contributions in SGOTM, succession games and many other stuff. Since the week end approaches, I'll be able to resume to where I left and see you space HoF thread for instance. Hopefully. I have to admit I putting first priority for real life recently.

Wowowow! Don't compare me to Snaaty. He's godly. Someone who has played AW on a regular basis certainly has uncomparable skills in war.
Not to mention he has probably over 4 years more experience over me and played deity WARLORD on a regular basis.
"But what wait. How was the map WBed? Did you read the maps coding to find this? Or did I miss something on the map?"

Vranasm spotted this. I have nothing against, just need to be stated clearly.
Well, he replayed the map after Doshins game, so may be he learned something from this walkthrough. Would be better if he'd state clearly "I replayed this with earlier first settler and got better results", you need to open his save to realize what been done differently instead.

That's what keeps me away from HOF btw: some people there try their best to demonstrate personal perfection instead of optimal play.
But what wait. How was the map WBed? Did you read the maps coding to find this? Or did I miss something on the map?
Tachy has the right thought due to Leif hating my guts, but I won't say who did it. But what I really really like is how when I show how to correctly play he calls me bad for being 15 turns ahead of him. But when Doshin does it he calls him the best player on the forum. Like wtf does Tachy, Kossin, Ducky, Sun Tzu, and everyone else who was good way before Doshin even attempted deity not even count? But Tachy pays attention to be because IT realizes that I am a god mode player in the first 100 turns, but after that if I am not in war until the death mode my skill tapers off. x]
Jees, I keep messing with Private and Visitor messages.

What made you think I want you leave me alone. Not much activity in your thread? Sorry, I just had nothing to contribute.

Regarding that recent walkthrough see here.
"Wait a second, you posted your way of playing at that was deleted? What's going on with CFC?!"

    Dunno, destroying our moody atmosphere.
    *chuckle*

Ah my old Gkey. Hearing you, there is never any game with a in-depth strategic value.

Made mah day (which was terribly boring...).

I bet ya ZZZ got his posts swept by Leif. He is sometimes fanatical.
Better yet my posts got deleted.... So I guess it is a bad thing to show a more optimal play path now days.
Delaying a settler for a second worker, and more cottages is extremely sub optimal. As your second city will work cottages for you, and thus netting you more commerce. But even better his second city came out like 12 turns after mine. I think he is just like Ben Jammin, and can't fathom that someone who trolls the new players looking for help but who won't listen to advice threads is a better player.
