I'm sorry to bother you, but I'm afraid that I didn't understood well the last modified code block you put in CvInfos.cpp (of course, I'm refering to the Specialist Enhancement mod),
the one that is commented and start with:

I'm sorry, I'm not an SDK expert so I'm afraid I can be mistaken:
in order to merge it in my personal mod I need to leave it commented like this or not?
when do I have to uncomment it?
