To eliminate the chopping and selling exploits we will be using the Fruity Mod(but not the HB map) for this tournament, so please have them installed in advance

Here are the settings


Fixed turn timer 2 min

Inland sea

Duel size{small for final championship game)

No barbs

No huts

Players will pick leaders(same leaders allowed)

Ancient start

Balanced start positions

Standard resources

And as per the tournament schedule, each round is 2 hours except the finals that will be played ot the end. So if no player concedes or is conquered points will decide the game

I've changed the time to 10am EDT to make it better for Euro players and NA players working later on Friday, I hope this makes the turn out even better

Curious, what prompted 2 minute timer rather than dynamic? I think 2 minutes will be ok overall, but I can envision a world where it isn't enough time if the game drags on.

I think dynamic, but a winner is determined on score at the end of 2 hours or some such thing.

Also, there may be some issues with the map and game seed being adjustable. Some sneaky host could punch in a map they already know.

But I suppose that isn't much different from a player loading the seeds after the game starts.....

The 2 min timer was decided after a few players tested my original settings and found the game would be extremely long if using dynamic turns. As for seeds. I don't believe you can input seeds into a MP game. you can only do that in SP.
