I didn't realize they still planned doubleheaders at all. I thought it was a rainout deal or nothing. If they did more, it might make the season end at a decent point in the year. It might bother pitching coaches too, to not have those extra days of rest.

I went to a Cubs opening day in 04... it was like 30 degrees with wind howling into me off the lake. Maddux threw about 15 balls in a row and we got smashed. I'll never go to another opening day, not in Chicago anyway ;)

I've heard a lot of complaining, especially at the beginning of the year last year, I think they got it all cleared up. I think they are pretty responsive when things do go wrong. I know I had the audio package, so I can listen while I work, and any problem with the games audio not connecting...

Argh those pics hurt, I can still feel some of those losses! I can't believe Todd Pinkston was a starting WR for us. Him and James Thrash, what I wouldn't have given to have DeShaun Jackson on one of those teams.
