Well I think that the Spanish deserve to be added the most. In the late 16th century they were at their peak and the most powerful civ on earth. At this time England was lagging behind the major powers in Europe and considered just a small nation on the northern limits of Europe!
The only...
That irritates me as well lol, if I feel on having an accurate game as the English, I just keep on thinking of new cities/town names to replace The Mumbles:scan:
WHat game we talking about lol? I'm talking about the ones I play with the max number of civs on a large map. The turns take 2 mins plus, but I am prepared to wait that long for the benefit of having more civs:egypt:
If you are at war and want peace, then the peace button is very easy to find, trust me:cool:

I just send them along with my normal artillery:egypt:

So far, I haven't found an occasion where republic, democracy or any other government can beat monarchy. Although it isn't always the best with generating gold, nor is any other government, and besides, all you need really is to have a lot of luxuries and resources to export and generate plenty...
I agree that the Portuguese were great explorers:) But exploration doesn't mean they were a civ that should have been included with more reason than some other civs (no offense meant to Portuguese ppl:egypt: ) Anyway I still stay with my view that Spanish were way too powerful to be left out lol.
