I played with the same setting but didn't regenerate map on turn 1 (restart game). Result => no problem to get the 5 achievement, this is a bug.

Is this true? I always use regenerate map to get a nice start. I have just finish my first victory (contact) and got none achievement, should had got 5 (contact, diff, map, size and leader)
