Like every civ I meet in the game by the industrial era has like 4-6 defensive pacts. This had led to the world being almost perpetually peaceful unless I of course decide to declare war on 4 different civs.

I've been using large map with marathon speed and so far the map size is satisfactory for me but I noticed that marathon is much slower than the vanilla game or maybe they're just the same? Anyway, would like to know people's opinions on what their preferrred setup is for VP?

Yeah thanks for clarifying this, I'm new to VP so I instantly clicked on the wiki with the installation guide. Was able to download just 1 exe file and it looks like this is what I was looking for.

When I typed Civ 5 Vox Populi, the wiki with the installation guide was the first to show up. So excuse me if I'm not "mature enough" to know which one to look at.

Yeah that's the thing, I can't find it at all in the diplomacy menu. Are there any other requirements for me to make it show up?

I don't seem to have the vassal option even though I'm in the medieval era. Do I have to unlock a specific tech for this? It's supposed to be on the diplomatic screen but I can't find the option even if I'm warring with a different civ

With 1.13, I thought it would fix the issue of the war AI sending stacks of siege units without support but alas it still persists. What happened to effective stacks of doom?

Just wondering since the AI seems to launch incomplete stacks at my cities where there are times when the AI stack has no siege weapons or full of siege weapons and no infantry etc etc. Is the AI really like this?
