The game with all the DLC's cost only 11,73€. Just remember to buy the Game of the Year edition for 9,99€ that is only missing the last two dlc's korea and wonders both 0,87€ a piece. So its cheaper than buying the game and all the dlc's separately.

Thats little harsh when it was protected by one of the biggest sea fortresses in Kingdom of Sweden. They would have not build that fortress if the city was not important. Still I agree that it was not a big city until after the russians took over.

If you have the save of this you should report it as a bug. There might be some mistake in the games turn counting and the save would help to fix it.

They are not going to add the DLC's to the expansion as it would not benefit them at all. I can see them making a DLC bundle that they will give cheaper when you buy the expansion, but putting the DLC's to the expansion would not be anyway profitable.

Random map type includes only Pangea, Continents, Archipelago or Fractal map. So you always have one of four chance to get certain type so its not odd that you might get the same map type few times a row.

Just to note that Steam's top games are counted of how many people play it during a day. It doesn't matter how long or how many times you start it up. It only counts a player once during a day.
