I wouldn't be so sure. Polish politics often say things before any deal was made. Germany still has to allow it, as they were bought from Germany. And 14 tanks wouldn't make much difference if more won't follow and it's far from certain now.

Looks like Soledar has fallen and Bakhmut is going to be next. Ukraine is on backfoot again and it might result in even less weapons sent there in near future.
Military presence in South Korea and Japan costed 34 minus 18 billion between 2016 and 2019 but I wouldn't be suprised if it was much more during cold war - some sources say 12,6 bililion per year just for Korea until 1976. But let's say it was only 5+ billion a year, since end of WW2 and Korean...
All those confilicts involved American soldiers and their deaths were reason for public support to drop sharply. Without it, support can last much longer - like support of Israel or South Korea in essencially frozen conflicts.
Also, in less than year Russia went from "we're going to win it on...
Well, Ukraine was attacked so it is ok they were suprised and not fully prepared. Russia attacked, so it's strange they have to gather basic supplies this way. Maaaaybe they shouldn't attack if they were not ready ?
You really want me to remind you about things like "Ukraine's army is broken, they have been unable to conduct offensive operations for months. It even failed to conduct the single one it had been preparing for, into Donetsk in March. Instead it got torn to pieces in Mariupol. Ukraine's...
Considering how many unfulfilled predictions you made in those threads so far, I think you should consider not using sentences like "something that every informed commenter about this war had been foreseeing for a month. It was logical". I know it's easy to predict past events, only future ones...
Ok, it makes sense. I also hope it won't make Poland less willing to provide help to Ukraine or Ukrainian air defense less effective because they won't risk similar thing happening again.
I've seen direct quote from Zelensky in reliable Polish media. It was said during press conference and was like "I got report from leader of our air force and he said it was Russian rocket".
I am aware Russia is lying usually but if it turns out that final verdict from Polish and NATO...
As much as I want Ukraine to win and regain control of all their country, I am also aware of Western European countries (or rather politicans in those countries) willingness to sellout everyone east of Germany for temporary gains or security, especially if it can be shown as peaceful option. I'm...
Well, Russian army might not be exactly winning on battlefield but Russia is doing much better with economy and diplomacy. To a point where Americans start suggesting peace negotations:

With blackouts...
