    Multiply by 255 and round to whole numbers. COLOR_PLAYER_DAKR_BLUE_TEXT becomes: R: 0.50 * 255 = 127.5 -> 128 G: 0.52 * 255 = 132.6 -> 133 B: 0.90 * 255 = 229.5 -> 230 From RGB to the colorvals is dividing by 255 and round to 2 decimals.

    There is a hardcoded limit on the withdraw chance defined in the GlobalDefines.xml. For DoC (and also the vanilla game) it is 90%. (Unless the additional withdrawal chance is applied after this limit is applied. But I don't think Leoreth coded it this way) 90% is still a lot, but it is not 100%...

    In 90% of my games, I started with the goal of achieving the UHV. In 90% of those games my goal switches to something else because I realize that I will not achieve the UHV because I focus on other things.
