I had an idea for an extra wheat building, since I personally don't use the brewery.
- Standard Ethanol, it uses wheat but produces oil. (like in civ4 ^^ )
What do the UU and UB do? And it's kind of weird that you used the logo of the national football team :P
some ideas for the trait, keeping in mind that it's often easier to code if it's already in the game:
- x% of excess happiness added to the money income (like mandate of heaven policy)

Great Mod, there's just one thing I didn't like: I played a game with Carthage and when I was the first one to reach the Americas I found the USA already there... And the same goes for Argentina and Australia.
So to make it more historical, I modded USA into Cherokee with Ostenaco as leader...

It's quite hard to add new resources, so I'm waiting for the 1492 mod ( http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=331867 ) to be released and then I could use the extra resources in that mod.

Instead of trying to make the natives playable, couldn't you just make an extra colonist-civ with unique na'vi units and switch landstart on in the xml?
That is not entirely true, the natives aren't playable so you'd have to make them playable (which is possible I guess) and as far as the art goes all .dds files and the LH's work fine in col2. There are some problems with importing units, they're usually easy to solve though...

So 1 new civ: Pirates. Ching Shih will move from China and Yishiha wil replace her. The pirate empire will be lead by either Ching Shih or Kanhoji Angre or Illanoon
The download already is a zip-file so you just have to zip it to the correct mods folder. Which is made when you install the game. I don't know where this folder is on vista though. On my pc with xp it's in My Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization IV Colonization\MODS.
