    I can't find CivilizationIV.config? I already changed the ini file to enable modular XML loading but that doesn't seem to effect the game.

    Lead generates +2 unhealth, so putting a mine on it when its next to a river is dicey early game (eventually lead is useful). But I gave the lead to the AI (for free), so I got the high production mine but no unhealth.

    I can gift lead to the AI to avoid the health costs it gives and still get the production boost And screw up the AI come to think.

    Possibly some armor promotions? Light armor (requires iron or cattle) and heavy armor (requires iron) (as an additional prereq, you cannot have the other). They both provide a bonus against melee and archers, the heavy gives a slight penalty against horse, but a bigger bonus against the other two.

    A realistic corporations bug: Moving from Senate to technocracy caused a *massive* spike in my corporation fees, but neither Senate nor technocracy claims to affect those on the civis screen or in the 'pedia.

    I tmight help if the mission were adjusted to meet the tech tree. My current mission requires me to have both fighters and carriers, which is great except you need jet propulsion to build a carrier, and I'll probably have nuclear power before carriers regardless, which puts me into nuclear...

    Possibly already fixed in three but putting it here in case somebody more recent can confirm: I just got a message that kanesh (a 1 point city totally surrounded by my culture) was granted leave to join my nation, I clicked welcome back and then nothing. It's still controlled by the Hittite.

    Something I'd like to bring up, is that the AI already has a tendency to get involved in wars from across continents early game. Revolutions already makes these an iffy prospect, but throw in a big old cost to actually move the ~40 steps to the nearest city and both sides are probably going to...

    high walls currently eliminate the Dun special abilities for the celtic civ. This removes their UB benefits (or the high wall benefits) for much of the time walls are effective. I assume there are other civs whose UBs get upgraded before they would normally be obsoleted. (haven't checked this...
