    C2C Observations

Hi there, I've played some turns with your mod (up to late ancient), and this is what I experienced: I swapped between Emperor and Deity using the Bug difficulty swapper. I was playing a Huge Terra map, prehistoric start, Marathon I also played the GEM 5 civs on Marathon, prehistoric as Egypt...

Antwerpen is a much better choice for fulfilling that role, for several reasons: - More important culturally and economically The change of the balance from Antwerpen to Amsterdam happened in 1585, when the former was sacked and many artists and merchants fled to the latter. This (not...

Do you have a positive/negative/other relationship with your parents?

You know what, I beg to differ. Morality is subjective and flawed; there is no perfect moral system, no objective truth behind every issue. Also, be aware that using 'isn't it obvious' isn't stimulating discussion. Don't extrapolate where you aren't supposed to extrapolate. Ever heard of...

Well, I hate to be a spoilsport, but Central Planning can already be the best civic in the game, and it just got a lot better.

    Bug Reports and Technical Issues

It sure didn't affect my trade route to Minsk (from Vladivostok) while playing as Russia. On a side note, Lincoln's/Washington's favourite religion should be Protestantism, not Catholicism. Peter's favourite civic could be changed to Naval Dominance instead of Agrarianism.

It basically lead to people settling on resources (yeah, noone saw that one coming ;)), which in some cases led to ahistorical city placement. The feature is still present for islands with five tiles or less.

    Suggestions and Requests

    - Riverside Tundra should be settleable. Reason: the deer near Irkutsk is currently unworkable by any settleable city; Russia currently isn't able to control it's full territory. - The Alaska oil should be moved in Anchorage's range. Reason: there is no viable city aside from Anchorage in the area.

Well, you know, anything different from the current 'Christianity has been founded in Londinium! Christianity has spread to Tyrus one turn later because some monks decided to get on a boat and sail it for several months, risking their lifes instead of proselytizing in Lutetia first instead'.

Leoreth's idea about gradual spread (depending on a treshold which must be reached instead of a binary situation) could solve this. It'd also make for a nicer geographic spread along concentric circles - like it went in real life.

    " Great Divergence“ discussion

The problem here is that a pursuable research bonus will always be attained by the player, unless the player isn't in the colonization race, in which case it'd always be a Catholic civilization. This means the entire mechanic would only benefit the player or the already most advanced tech group.

Glad you finally removed this odd and agriculturally incorrect anomaly. For some reason, Spain manages to - historically! - conquer Napels in a lot of games for me.
