Hello Lemon.... I generally only play CIV4 in winter. I uninstall it in spring. I upgraded to Win10... and now... I installed CIV4 & Better Bat 2.1 I cant use it because I get a "Cant write to ini file" that repeats down the front of the screen. Any ideas? what do I disable? I already...

I'm denying that I have serious problems, or am I accepting that I have problems and choose to waste time playing CIV instead?:crazyeye:

I regularly take breaks from Civ4 but then I get that itch and I reinstall it for a couple months, then when I realize I have no life, I uninstall it and go back outside... Good Luck to Lemon!

Last year I had a mod that incorporated ALL the mods, Bat, Bug, Bull, blue Marble, and Full of Resources. I cant find it. It's buried under tons of mods Who has it? thanks

Can I just ask why cant I edit or create buildings in BetterBatAI? I can do it just fine by editing the regular xml in custom assets and play no mods at all...

Just edit the Forum to give -50 maint costs or 100% gold or some such. The only reason to play the stock game is if you enjoy frustraton. I screw with my xml all the time... :king::goodjob:

Yes I've currently got 2 UB & 2 UU in the America section I've tried deleting the Mall and the Seal already, and the new UB & UU did not load The Civilopedia sees them, but the Americans cant use them, no matter what I do. I can edit the Seal, I just did to see if it worked that way...

I've just wasted the last 2 hours trying to add just the Frontiersman unit and I can add it directly to the Assets folder in BAT MOD folder and it adds the unit, but doesnt add it as a UU for America... frustrating...

because HRE already has a Rathaus, but that's not the point America has neither Forbidden Palace nor Versailles, but we do have State Capitols that are real life American UBs that function as palaces... :king::goodjob: other than the mall, can you think of anything more uniquely American...
