Thats the problem even in the government screen i can only see the first 6 governments :/ , playing a new game now will see anyways thanks.

Hi Guys, So in my games i dont seem to get the option to switch to tier 3 government like democracy etc even though i get the necessary civic? So im ussually stuck with something like merchant republic till the end of the game. Is there something im missing? Thanks Shaf

Occupied cities dont grow. Is there something we can do to make them productive or will it just happen over time?

Does anyone know what key zooms in and out of map? whatever i did in civ 4 & 5 doesnt seem to work or i've forgotten :p Cant figure it out for the world of me :/

First game i played as Rome by around turn 60 ish i had ignored military and built only two warriors + 1 slinger, England rolled in with like 8+ warriors and took my 2nd city off me. I'm on my second game as Greece now and Japan DoWéd me this time, but of course i had 2 hoplites + 1 warrior + 1...

Still on my second game, the eureka's make you think a little bit more about your choices, but no you cant just be following the eureka's you have to plan your path according to what u need and try to get the eureka's needed for that path along the way.

I think it's Brazil for me. Assuming the jungle start bias is going to get them a decent amount of jungle nearby, the bonus seem insane.

Voted Aztecs since i had to pick one, but both Brazil and Scythia are very interesting to me too. I picked Aztecs over scythia since the enslaving mechanic is new and intriguing but i guess from a pure early war monger game scythia seems really awesome too. And for playing peacefully...

Amen to that, i'm not alone :) So many reviewers seem to b going goo goo ga ga over the art style and i was thinking that its just so darn confusing to have everything in brown ...

Mabozir's video was also great to watch, the rest of the guys dont seem to know what they were doing :lol: I so wanted to watch them all to see what i could learn about the game, and it was not just the commentary, that can be muted, they were making so many wrong moves i couldnt take it...
