thats more subtle, you can make it more drastic also... this wasnt the greatest pic to do it in, it was the one i found first though. it still looks a little more like civ iii leaderheads. gimme a pic, and ill try that one too

i found a way to make a leaderhead look more smooth and without blemishes while having them still look like themselves. it will look cartoony but still be 3d, kinda like the civ iii defaut leaderheads!... you can do this if you have adobe photshop 6.0... go to filters, blurs, then smart...

i think you should cut out a little of the atlantic... it serves no purpose, and just takes up map space... neway, it looks good, i think its a great map to copy from...:D i forgot to add... i like the idea of putting mesopotamia in the map; it adds a bit of history for scenario making...

is it play balanced... how many times have you beta tested for balancing? just wonderin... i think these all should be tested great fan of civ iii, so much that this is my first post since it came ou(i think) been lookin at all the files, however, and dled a few maps and the copy tool...

just one prob with the map... i looked briefly at it in the editor, and, you are right, there arent too many resources. you said the reason was to beef up trade, but... how r you going to trade without an EXTRA resource. Most i found were not bunched together. sure, they were in real life...

ive only heard the maps coming with it; two world maps, a big and a huge; no idea about scenarios

does anyone think it will be harder to fool the computer in civ iii? i think most of the time they will be fooling us!(interview at apolyton) the ai seems extremely intelligent, and i think were gonna have to find ways to get around that, find its weaknesses, and i think thatll take a while...

i think the ai looks great, lets hope this isnt just some guy in the company embellishing, but with how everything seems to be going, id say hes on target pretty much and... i dont really think hed lie that the ai has surprised him, and that's a good thing:goodjob:
