The peacekeeper one shouldn't be available until the modern age since Canadians didn't peacekeep in WW2 as they used regular infantry like British.

I don't think it makes much sense for Japan to have Seoul since that was only for 100 years in the modern era.. maybe Seoul goes to China makes more sense since China had Korea for much longer.

I fixed it by adding the civilizations and city states in the editor.

Did you fix Japan? Their starting location was correct but extremely unplayable.

Japan for me. I suck with almost all the other civs. America really sucks in the game though their UA is almost useless. I love how everyone thought Germany would suck but they actually do very well in all my games.
