    Spy infiltration - true intelligence - suggestion

    Is there a notification for this? Am I extremely lucky or just oblivious that my stuff is getting stolen? I've never noticed this problem. This is what I miss most from Civ4 and would be on the top of the list to add in. Maybe pollution and crime down the road.
