    Are the Devs responding somewhere?

Policy of silence was just a expression, probably it sounded worse than I thought, English is not my native language. About "give the guys a break", Im perfectly fine with it. I just wanted to know where devs were posting and someone linked reddit. Thats it. You guys are too aggressive, this...

    Are the Devs responding somewhere?

First, Im demanding nothing. im just asking if anyone kwons if the Devs already spoke somewhere regarding patches. Also, if I was demanding, I dont see this request as a favour to a "special snowflake". There's something called post sales support and having a good comunication with clients is...

    Are the Devs responding somewhere?

CIV VI is a good game and will become a great entry for the series, but right now theres a lot of issues with the game (exploits, unbalance, bugs, bad AI). So, Im trying to find any Dev answers about patchs (I stopped playing until some of the errors are fixed). Am I correct that there's no...

Is Civilization VI Your "Game of the Year" for 2016 so far?

Civ Vi has too many bugs and other issues, I cant see them being fixed until the end of the year...so, no goty for you Civ.. My guess is that most GOTY awards will be to WOW Legion, every one is praising it.

    Interesting discussion about DLCs

Im not a fan of DLCs, I think they are not the better way to make profit. I prefer proper expansions with more content. But, Im not agaisnt the companies being lucrative, my problem is that the vanilla games are becoming more and more "dry" because of this "new model of business". Total war...

    VIKING DLC available NOW!!

Just finished my king game on large continents with denmark. Its really fun drop dozens of units next to a hopeless capital. But, the game was way too easy. I never won a king game on a large map before 1950, well, its 1800 and I just conquered Paris and ta da...pops up that desapointing...

    Are the Vikings Bugged?

I think so. The danes are really powerfull because the AI doesnt know how to react fast enought. You can easilly conquer 1, 2 cities before the AI troops organize themselves. The AI on ciV is better when is attacking. When they are approuching one of your cities, the AI units are...

Denmark Civilization and Scenario Pack and Explorers Map Pack due for may 3rd

The Danes are the best warmongering civ on the game, doesnt matter the era IMO. The AI just doesnt know how to defend itself fast enough. Its really easy to achiev a conquest victory. A few well planned wars and thats it. You can conquer a capital, defend it for 2-3 turns, make peace and them...

    POLL: strongest civ in civ5

Denmark its the strongest now IMO. Very easy to win a domination game with them. All you need is a couple of catapults and 4 bersekers and you will conquer capitals on high difficult without a problem.

    Are the Vikings Bugged?

I dont think is fair to play with the danes on tiny islands...maybe on deity you have some challenge. This civ is very strong, I think its actually better than mongols or japan for a warmonger game.

    Lord of the Rings civs

There was a LOTR MOD for Civ IV, it was fun.

    Are the Vikings Bugged?

Vikings are the best! :king: But I think the conquest win became very easy now. Im playing king, fractal, large, and just conquered 5 capitals before discovering gun powder. Now I have 80% of the wonders and a huge lead on score. All I did was create a army with 4 berserks and 3 catapults...

prince or harder is not so fun because of money problems

City specialization is the answer you are looking for. You cant play on king or higher building everything on your cities. You must choose a couple of military cities and focus the others on gold generation/tech/culture..depending the victory you want to achiev.

Now I have to wave the white flag. :D

New patch and the broken Mods

Sure, but I think ciV could be different. The mods are one of the reasons that the series still exists, it would make sense if the game had a respectfull way to treat the work of the fanbase. I do think that patches are more important than mods, no doubt. But, it would be nice to have a...

New patch and the broken Mods

Civilization series has a huge and traditional MOD community. The devs, when starting to design a new edition, should have thought on ways to make it easier the work of the Modders. Im not a expert, but probably theres ways to mitigate the impact of uptades and patches on the work of the...

New patch and the broken Mods

I know that not everybody plays Mods, but as a player who can only enjoy ciV with mods, Im pretty sad with the new patch. Markusbeutel, creator of the Nights Mod, can explain way better than me: I think this is a serious problem, because the modders will get tired of fixing over and over...

Gameplay vs. Reality All Against practicality.

I really like the complexity of Paradox games, for example, but ciV is more fun than Europa Universalis (my opinion). I think theres a perfect point of equilibrium between realism and gameplay that the games should try to achiev. At least try...

GGTL: 25 civilizations that should be added as DLC for Civ V

Brazil! Very well done research. Jungle Brigade as special unit is perfect, because we do have the best jungle troops in the world. Most countries, including US, send their men to be trained here. The Engenho too is a very good choice. Most cities were build around these buildings...

Do Hardcore Players (non-modders) need User Friendly Modding Tools?

Civ fans are perfect for this "Little Big Planet" approach. We usually play more time of civ than other fans would play their games, so we would really enjoy this "power". Besides, we are a lot more open mind to MODs than other series. It would be sweet if everyone could create their own...
