I've shared borders with the Iroqious and the Aztecs in my game, I'm in the 1800's at Epic gamespeed and only have had War declared on me once. The Aztec's declared war on me and then quickly changed their mind and offered me gpt, resources and even one of their cities in exchange in peace...

Stop comparing this game to Crysis. Crysis had barely any CPU usage. This game is completely different in pretty much every aspect. I too can run Crysis and it's sequel on the highest settings at 1920x1080, but the AI in this game is just too complicated or it needs to be optimized.

In game there is a HELP button in the upper passenger-side corner. Click that to open the Civlopedia. There is a section for Unit Promotions, which lists all of the Promotions, their effects and requirements.

I was more curious about making a Mod to do it, instead of a map. I've downloaded and looked at the BTS Color mod and it works, but whenever I try to make my own mod that does the same thing, I can't figure it out. :(
