You might want to read the rules again. You are asked to win a certain VC. In this case it was Science. Getting a domination VC, while still cool, does not make your submission valid. :) Still, grats on the effort and see you next round!

If he holds Bucharest you are in range of his nukes. I would fight for it. Praying he won't use nukes on you won't help. If he has Uranium and is that fat, he'll have the cash to rushbuy nukes over and over. :)
