stuff just takes longer to build

i've never once in 3 games had Aid resolution pop up and i've had countless floods and volcanoes wreck my cities.

it's deff broken i get my votes passed every single time even the ones that effect other civs they are so stupid

you just never have enough oil in this. played 3 games now every time units were suffering from not enough oil and i had plenty of oil resources. it's good to be a bug?
