As far as I remember absolutely zero! The only thing the ai will like you for is the damage you do to a common enemy. Of course by the other AIs that DOW you declare is giving you the same diplomatic malus like every standard DOW you just do on your own.

I ve done something similar recently, not on deity tho - it works great! ToA is easier to get since the patch I think. Pre patch it was gone like turn 30 on immortal, after patch the player has much more time. Like it!

Cities are strong enof alrdy. I dislike even their abibility to fire on themselves. They rather should only damage units which attack the city.

Sorry, but the other civs do not see "wiping out complete civilizations" as an act of self defence. They realize that they started the war (the diplo hit is less when taking a city) but still, objectively you re a cruel warmonger :)
