Isn't the Notre Dame an abreviation though? I thought it's full name was Cathédrale Notre-Dame de Paris so it would make perfect sense to fit a "the" or at least a "la".

Early game; Scout, monument, shrine, settler. Try to have my five cities by turn 100, all affected by the reduced policy cost from liberty mind you, giving me an incredible culture score during the medieval age. Prefered civs; Russia, Spain or the Netherlands Changes in BNW...

Plus their policy cost is not increased by the extra tiles, also a nice addon.

Shoshone are definitely the civ i will first play as, being a culture player myself I love the fact that you gain a full ring of tiles with no culture cost, getting a lot of archeology sites without having to expand like crazy plus turtle bonusses, AND a fun unique scout, this could very well be...
