    May I suggest to add the requirement that Land Targets must have capitals on the same land mass to the table? Or rather, does it work both ways? I mean, will the player not be targeted if their capital is on an island?

    Alright then. My first conclusion seems to be that nobody seems to know anything exactly :D When I'm back home I will approach the issue a little more systematically, but for now... do you know of the penalty for declaring or on a civ (or a friend) is permanent?

    Found this old thread on forest growth: This would have been an excellent feature! Plantable forests with the same maturation time as towns. Cottage stage yields no chop hammers, hamlet 10, village 20, town full 30. This would be fantastic and make National Park and Tundra cities just that...

If I remember correctly, this is a very simple formula, you simply get +1 for every 50 "resource-turns", i.e. 1 resource over 50 turns or 10 resources over 5 turns, etc. So it is quite easy to get this in the lategame by just giving someone 10...

    No, I'm playing Standard with high water. Not sure it's efficient, but it feels damn good to build missionaries in cities that can produce them 1/turn and see your income grow. Oh, and I play Epic Speed.
