Well actualy it was leather armor that I copyed from a highland warrior I saw online, how acurate I dont know, but I guess it could be a checkered shirt.

Here are two alternate Skins for it (forest is a pattern found on the net <unknown origin> then altered to fit by me. The grey is based off of the original skin with some modifications to the color and hull lines as well as several small additions.)
Canadian Infantry
The world war 1 infantry that came with Civ4 just wasnt right so I made some small changes. (darker pants, suspender changes and leg wraps)
I will make a few needed WW2 skins but I am moving to my new house this weekend so more to come after that.
Well you have wo options:
1) copy the origonal file with the same name to a new location then place the new file in the proper folder. Example:
Firaxis Games\Sid Meier's Civilization...

As for my time playing both... half an hour with one then half with the other... so they don’t get jealous ;)
Ok first off which files are you working on, unit, building so on...
Second did you use some sort of DDS converter?
Lastly Im unsure why you would "resize" them as they are texture maps and once changed in size tey would not fit the 3D model any more.
O I will be able to help more with GIMP...
You need to unpak the files then convert them to a new format change them and convert them back.
