Hello Walter, i'm currently testing the "avoid growth" button, and i have a question : when i check the "avoid growth" for unhapiness, it restrain the growth before having a balance. Ex : i'm 6 :) / 5  and it already stop the growth. But it could easily grow 1 more pop, as having as many :)...

I currently don't really have the time to play a game of civ with my work, but i just wanted to say a big thank you for the "avoid growth if unhappy" option ! It will reduce micro-management by a lot, specially for me as i always end with cities with a huge epidemic % with all the flooded plain...

Indeed, i noticed that too but as i'm always playing with a huge lot of civs, having 2 of that kind wouldn't be bad. But your suggestion is fine too. As long as building a wonder doesn't put my empire in unhapiness, i'm will be glad ^.^ Frustrating, but it makes sense. Definitively not. I...

Good evening gentleman. As Taharqa decided to ambush me in the back as i was taking Carthage, my let's play ended up a bit shortly that i wanted. A few feedback : 1) By the time i was able to finish the hanging garden, as almost always, i already hit the population hapiness cap. The +1...

Hello Walter, and as always thanks for the reply ! As i'm ending two days of multiple Christmas's spectacle with my class, i'm a bit tired, so i will be short : Perfect, thanks ! Yeah, it's not really a big deal. I do understand that it would be a lot of works for something not really...

I will look into the F12 next time i play, but still, i think it's weird that the upgrade cost sometime 78, sometime 88, for two exactly similar game (same number of existing warrior ect...). That's why i tough it could be a bug.

Hello again :) With the coming back of the summer, i'm able to do a few game again. As always, i'm stubborn and keep playing the huge world map with the egyptians. So far i really like the % increase in base cost when spamming multiple unit of the same category, as it force you to build...

Two more little graphic bug : - was making a carth path, on tree tile. First did no problem, the connexion with the second was good, but when i make the third, the second one (in the middle) transformed in a red dot. Alt/tab did resolved the bug. - was looking in the city scree, press escape...

As i was up early, i did a little test of the latest SVN. I did encounter a little problem. Launching the huge world map scenario, i started with only a plain terrain with no feature (i had desert and ocean tiles, but no horse, cattle, river or scrub where they usually are near Egypt's starting...

I agree that the Expansionnist trait could use a rework. In particular, i have a problem with the +1 movement for the settler. Usually, i have to escort my settler, as it is a bit risky in the wilderness. So they can move faster... but they are slow down by the escort. Sure, i could make some...

I may have find a little bug : when playing as industrious, a craftsman specialist should grant 3 production, right? 2 base + 1 from civ bonus? Well, as i'm playing ramses, they only grant a +2 bonus when i look into the of the production bar. It does show a +3 bonus when pushing alt while...

Hello RI team :) It's been a long time since i was able to play R:I, but i can see it's still improving (and it was already good before :D ). I'm really excited about the new revolution component ! In my last game, i was able to gather a few thing that (i think) could be improved. Maybe it...

Apparently, the AI was improved, and it try to be smarter than you. Making you fight a war for them, in order to fragilize you, or to keep another civ busy against you. My real problem with that is, if you decline, the "target" AI doesn't have any diplomatic bonus. We already have a "-1 you...

Burebeesta: it would change nothing for the big empire, i agree, but what about the little one? Currently, if i have a little empire, i can still produce a lot and a lot of unit, and be able to defend myself against a big empire not-so-well prepare. With your change, i can't anymore :/...

I like the idea, but would only see it working if we also have some kind of revolution component. Keeping order and avoiding civil war should be a huge problem for big empire, avoiding one nation steamrolling every other one. Being able to create more soldier for big empire would then be really...

Agree. But micro-managing every cities get old fast. Epidemics kills citizens, a new one is born, and he doesn't go where the previous was. And you have to check every then and now to be sure that the computer is not screwing up with your production. I'm not sure what could be the solution...
