    Its the "Progressist" trait, and the "Post Labor" civic. I guess the reasoning behind the civic having it, is because with robots producing so much stuff, your able to equip your troops with the "new stuff" anywhere in the world! :crazyeye: I never thought much of it, TBH.

    Well in the early game, every single tile has something like -700 air pollution and -500 water pollution. This is why, in the early game, I don't worry too much about pollution. And you shouldn't either. The benefits of wearing hats far outweigh the costs of that minuscule "+3 Water Pollution". ;)

    Well, it doesn't need to be at Archery, but I don't want it to come so early in the game. I think that Banditry is a more advanced form of military, and is more advanced than Tribal Warfare.
