Tbh I don't think the starting position would be too bad if you get the +1 culture per jungle tile. You could use that for liberty mass expand which is good for pacals UB while still getting a significant amount of culture.

I'm almost positive great profits are not affected by the attrition. I've sent many great profits into enemy territory where it didn't hurt it.

You can either let it naturally convert (I recommend Religious Texts for enhancer) or you can send a missionary. I don't recommend sending a great profit as it will be a waste of faith.

Not sure what you're talking about I've only missed Stonehenge 1 time so far on immortal and I've played at least 10 games where I built it and several more where I could have. Even on deity I'm sure the chance of getting it is higher then 50/50.

If you rush to education then to acoustics you should be able to make it.

As said wide is better at generating gold for the obvious reason that you have more land to plop down trade posts. I put markets on all plains, grass land and jungles that are not connected to water. The exception would be extreme lack of food or lack of production I'll throw a lumber mill down...

You need to remove Christianity as the major religion from every city they own so they cant build gp or inquisitors. Once you do that your pressure will slowly convert the rest. Also the holy city will slowly come back but your pressure should be so high compared to it that the game would be...
