I've looked through some modding manuals, but I've only some big manuals about adding-new-units etc, and it's definitely hard to read them all (especially if you are not fluent in English). So, I'm interested, how to change colours and bages of the civs? I've had some success with modding some...
Attila's accent is too Russian, but his words are not similar with anything Slavic at all. It's like a Russian-speaking man reading a text on an unknown language, written in cyrillic.
It should be correct to use Middle Eastern architecture, cause those cities had a great Muslim influence (especially from Sultanate of Muscat). They can't look like a tribal villages or Ethiopian cities.
I do want to see Poland in this game with Jozef Pilsudski or John III Sobieski as a leader. Poland was one of the biggest states in the Europe during the XVII-XVIII centuries and deeply influenced on the European politics. It has to be in the game!
I've asked my Chuvash-speaking friend about Attila's speech. He said that Chuvash is more similar to French than to this language. :)
Also, I can definetly say that there is a Russian accent in this speech.
