do the AI get city state quests? sometimes I see roads being built between AI capitals to city states and occasionally they'll hit the quest targeted encampments but do they get wonder quests? resource quests? denouncements? ect cheers.

I'd go with a pioneer UU for replacing the scout perhaps with terrain bonuses for keeping them going., the faith for cities idea is fun but quite could be seen as powerful perhaps with terrain bonuses for keeping them going.

is there any chance you'll look into updating for G&K? while it was pretty cool to be rolled over by the austro-anglian alliance it hurts immersion :lol: not to mention my sanity :lol: same with the city states that show up.
