    City state razes English city

Expanding off of that, there should be a relatively simple way to buy puppeted states off your suzerainees.

Are negative opinions of Civ6 allowed here?

I have no idea what this means. Don't players already take turns in sequence, one after the other?

    CUBS WIN

Unless it's the seventh-inning stretch, in which case it's customary to sing the lyric "Root, root, root for the Cubbies".

    CUBS WIN

In all seriousness, this is probably going to work out in your favor. For the longest time, the Cubs had been THE team to root for, because they were the perpetual underdog. Outside of Chicago, even the most avid fans of their home team secretly rooted for the Cubbies. But now that the Cubs are...

    CUBS WIN

I'm sorry, but we were waiting longer. Don't worry, the Indians probably win within the next 40 years. The Cubs' loss streak will never be broken.

Finally... after 108 grueling years of bitter defeat, the Chicago Cubs have their day. What a time to be alive.

    Builder Mod

But it's very important to consider percentages as well. Pyramids plus Public Works adds three charges to your Builders. Ordinarily, that will make your Builders 100% more efficient. If playing as Qin, it's only 75%, but still very much worthwhile. However, if Builders already have 10 charges...

    Builder Mod

Probably as long as it took for them to release it for Civ V. (Which if I recall wasn't until after the release of the first expansion.)

    Builder Mod

Is it possible to change the sell value of Builders so as to curtail the cheesy strategy of selling them off after getting them down to one remaining charge?

"Money Grubber" Agenda needs to be changed

IMO, the Money Grubber Agenda should just make the AI favor deals where they get lots of GPT in exchange, as opposed to luxury resources or other "per turn" deals. And you shouldn't suffer a negative modifier for not having good GPT; instead, Money Grubbing AIs will simply be unwilling to make...

    Why The New Leaders?

@Zaarin Ideally, the Agenda should allow the AI to take full advantage of the Leader Unique Ability, and possibly some of the Civilization Unique Abilities too. SHULGI Leader Unique Ability: Vengeance: If another leader declares war on Shulgi, his units gain +4 combat strength against the...

    How weak is the AI?

What if the AI, in addition to having preference values for building flavors, also had preference values for specific buildings? For instance, Tomyris may only want a Domination victory, so she'd prefer to make only buildings with a high Military flavor. But she, like all AIs, would have a high...

Solution: The Globe in Civ V, a really spherical map with only hexagonal tiles!

You would also have to cover all tiles within a three-tile radius of pentagons, so that cities can never have a pentagon in their working range. Of course this is an awful idea, because it would make for ugly and predictable maps, to say nothing of how obtrusive it would be on smaller map sizes.

    How weak is the AI?

The Agenda system that they introduced seems to be taking inspiration from four very old video game foes: the ghosts of Pac-Man. Scroll down to Chapter 4 of this article: http://www.gamasutra.com/view/feature/3938/the_pacman_dossier.php?print=1 Rather than designing each rival civ to...

Solution: The Globe in Civ V, a really spherical map with only hexagonal tiles!

Voronoi tiling would definitely be a neat idea, since they'd be guaranteed to be convex, and you'd never get anything crazy like nested tiles. But I do have a couple of concerns. One is that map generation might be too complicated, compared to just leaving the ocean as a blank space. And two...
