I highly, highly doubt that outposts/radar towers/airfields have ANY territory restrictions. they should be able to be built anywhere (especially airfields), except enemy territory unless you are at war. I think it would be cool if an RoP allows you to build any of these structures within...

Don't count on it. I don't think TF will allow people to post the PTW graphics on this site (I personally wouldn't allow someone to). As well, I'm pretty sure all 8 of your PTW-demands haven't been met, and don't currently have plans on being met so you've got awhile to wait buddy :).
