When I try and download or browse mods in any field, my wireless internet suddenly hangs. An initial list of mods comes up on the main Mods page (a cached version perhaps), but if I try and browse by category, change the way the mods are listed, or try and download one listed, my connection...

^^^^^ Same problem. Also when I install the 30 civ addon I get a C++ Runtime Library crash which is different from the 'standard 2.41 2/3 bar "Setup Map"' stall out. Instead it is a '30 civ-addon 2.41 1/3 bar "Initializing"' hard crash. It says there is something wrong with the .exe DavidR...

Never mind History in the Making is working for me. I had installed a no cd patch, but once I ran the game from my CD it ran just fine. Now I can go back to the patch and it works great. I am going to go try out this mod! Good work.

Can anyone else get the 50 civ addon pack to work with 2.3.1? I can't select any of the civs in game... very annoying. EDIT: VVVVVVV Thank you very much. Awesome job!

I thought when you said Civ 4, Warlords, and BTS that either one of those is required. Don't know why I thought that... but I don't have Warlords. Aren't all the changes in Warlords in BTS? I only have BTS 3.17. Anyways I suppose this mod is reason enough to try and hunt down a copy of Warlords.

I just Downloaded the Bat SVN and have a major issue. Once I open the BUG Options screen I can't close it! Hitting Exit or ESC does nothing! I have tried removing the hidden SVN folder (maybe a read-only issue) but it still doesn't work. I am going to try install it through the .exe now...

I think the mods for this game are going to be very creative. Also a lot of the problems, if not fixed by firaxis, will be fixed by the great community here. I suppose you can always wait and see how the game plays out over the next month.

Why can't I hurry production sometimes? Even though I have an absurd amount of gold and fulfill the resources requirement, I can't hurry some projects once i start their production. Why is that? Again, I have more than enough gold and resources (tools, guns, whatever).

Neither is Poland!

Does having an army cost you anything? Do the soldier require food or gold? Does having a colonist not join a colony mean it is still taking up resources?
