You cannot build farms. Those "farms" you are seeing above are simply irrigated tiles under a nice graphics modpack. Since you already have a thread open on the matter I'm going to close this one. No need for two.

I go nuts on the vitamin C intake when I get sick and that usually improves me somewhat. Choke down a jug of orange juice or something ;) I'm curious - rowing 2k in 7:30 - what kind of strokes per minute rate would that come out to?
