I've got c3c. I'm going to try to re-istall my 2.11 and send it to he right folder. I've been trying it out without the dwarves though. I'ts a really good mod.

@ Mrtn I tried re installing, but it still seems not to be there. I've been looking for the flcs and pcxs, but they seem to of evaporated. Is there a way to get them by themselves without re- downloading the entire file?

I'll try downloading again (this was already the second download i tried) When I tried to install it again (my second time d-loading and installing) it got a little bit furrther, but still didn't finish. :-(

I can play it, on my HP Pavillion z5000, and it runs... but only after some major tweaking [and it still runs slow ;-( ] only a gforce 4 grafix card tho

i dont know how to fix your problem , but I can tell you that it's almost impossible to upgrade graphics cards on laptop(or notebook computers.). Try looking through this fourm for fixes and stuff, sorry i cant tell you more.

I played civ 4 on my friends comp, (who, btw, has a much worse vid card and RAM memory than mine) and its awsome. id give it a 9/10 if i had his comp, but i dont, and all i get is black terrain and wonder movie crashes. my review 4/10 (my comp) I guess its back to civ 3, at least until a patch.

My problem is really weird. I can get the leaders faces to come out pretty good (Theres light glaring off their bodies as if they were made of plastic tho) and my rivers dont come in good, and sometimes i can see the terrain perfectly on a tiny little section of the screen mabey two inches above...

Yeah that happened to me to. except i have more like 2/15 of the map and was in the bottom middle section of the screen. weird!

The screenies look great i cant wait until we get to try civ IV ourselves. I dont know why everybodys complaining about unit size. I mean, look at the size of the units in civ III. Everything looks great.
