Hello, I tried to google this problem but could not find a solution. I have a Great Writer, but there's no "Create Great Work" command on him. The only special command is to "Write Political Treatsie" which gives me +2304 culture. I have 3 free great writing slots available.

I agree. I've played two games so far and always play passively but the A.I usually declares war on me. I defend myself and maybe take a city or two, then I become a warmonger to the whole world!

They should of enabled an option to have random events to not.

Well, I do have an old computer and it does play Civilization with quite a bit of lag. I was playing on a tiny map an everytime I built it, my computer crashes. What if the A.I builds it?
