Hey I want to make a personalized version of this mod for myself. Where can I add permanent alliances for default on the scenario and something to make all civs more stable?
If you could just point me out to where stability variables are stored, I'd appreciate it.
Thanks

How do I enable permanent alliances by default in a scenario? I want to modify Rhys for BTS but I can't find the xml file that changes this.
Help is much appreciated.
I couldn't help but notice in your screenshots it shows many choices that aren't necessary in this mod. Correct me if I'm wrong on any of these:
Alliance : Completely unnecessary, as you can determine alliances through diplomacy instead of a 'civic'. Just get rid of it, as Communistic State...
I am against this feature, primarily because it doesn't make any sense. It randomly picked one of my founding cities and gave it away to a nation that had nothing to do with me. Perhaps only have it work on colonies or after wars that last x amount of turns?
THANK YOU! I have stopped working on my mod just to wait for something like this! You're the best man. Keep working on the apache and the naval units, I love them. :)
THANK you for this! I have just created a loss angeles sub and was going to just reskin the standard sub.
Now all I need is a Han class submarine and a Victoria/Upholder class submarine.
