    Hanging gardens feels lackluster to me. Beyond that I find most wonders to be plenty powerful and I think what you don't really want is for them to be so overpowered that they're game breaking. But to each his own, such is the way of mods (allowing for more choice and options, that is).

    Because it's tundra? And for most of mankinds history it was a barren wasteland with few uses? Resource tiles still work fine on it and you can still do districts and some wonders on it probably. I'd say when you throw in internal trade routes it's easier than ever in Civ 6 to build a crap...

    This. Only applies when they are in heal mode, not just a permanent heal over time. Haven't built a medic yet so dunno if it impacts that. And "international trade routes" probably need to cross continents, and may need to be to other civs (vs internal).
