Razing is the easiest option. I think it should be offered to an allied civ (if there is one) and if refused, it gets burned. Any dynamic where they seek units and to pillage while ignoring cities could be exploited.

If City States do not expand beyond the single city, how do they conduct their wars? Do they just march up to your city and hurl insults at you? If they capture a city, do they burn it? gift it to an allied civ? I apologize if this is summarized elsewhere but did not see it.

It should be possible to rename Natural Wonders. The first person to gaze on the Barringer Crater certainly didn't say "Wow, it's the Barringer Crater!". Edit: I should say "name" the wonder since the point is that it has no name at discovery.
