Any laptop owners out there with an ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650 graphics card? I would like to know how the game is running for you, to help my purchase of a new laptop. (Civ is the extent of my only PC gaming.) I'm looking at a model with a 5650 and a Intel Core i5 460M(2.53GHz) processor.

Actually, wrong. They looked better in the pre-release screenshots, and we still complained. Release... Pre-release... Looking back, just using the ocean water overlay would have been fine. I can't believe the deemed the "upgraded" river graphics an improvement.

I think someone mentioned defraging your hard drive would help with load/turn times. I don't have the game yet though, so I'm not sure.

I seem to remember reading somewhere that if you defrag your hard drive, it will fix the problem. Because it seems like you should be able to run it great with your specs.
