I'm playing the Mechanos Faction and I seem to be unable to select any of the techs that spring from Mysticism or Mining. They aren't redded out like the other forbidden techs, its just when I click it merely deselects all techs. I've attached a save.
I love to play with barbarians. If I didn't I probably wouldn't have as many cities. In my games Barbarian cities that I capture always seem to be built in the best spots and are real good for production.
You could always end up with more cash. I ended up with four great merchants produced near each other, and when I conducted the trade missions I ended up with about 28000 gold. I recommend uprading your units and investing in the Death Army of Doom and Destruction.
You see the real problem is that the maces get stuck in the treads. When the treads start to move the maces shoot upwards through the tank or something. I don't know maybe the maceman jumped on top of the tank and killed the commander? It could be worse though I've had my tanks enslaved before...
Gandhi is generally in my games. I swear the developers wanted to play a joke or something cause he starts at least three wars in every game I played and is one of the most militaristic leaders it seems like. Also Gandhi loves his nukes.
I had the old Civ IV and Warlords still installed, after I uninstalled them the patch works now. I guess it might have been a registry thing. Anyways it is fixed now. I hope yours can be resolved.
