Is there a way to copy the trade route settings from one city to another? Doing it manualy takes a lot of time.
Even outside the game (save game editing) would be fine
Sorry, but no. I only have one I took right after it happened. An AI unit was waiting next to the Barb city. I moved on the same spot as the AI was sitting, ended turn and the 3 white dots above the barb banner became... many dots. thats all.
Want the save? Guess it doesnt help..?
funny little bug (I hope)
no need to fix, not even the most actual version, just wanted to share
I'm just glad it happened where I could see it, could have whiped out a whole AI continent...
Gorbles, good job trying to keep this thread on track and provide some information on the subject. :goodjob:
From what I read here, I must say I'm ok with everything happening as it does. As a consumer, and one with the average amount of lazyness, I give the EULA a quick look and hardly ever...
While reading another thread, I had an idea and asked myself if it is possible (via a mod) to introduce is: Random and increasing difficulty level during the game
What it should do is: During start, instead of one general difficulty setting, you pick the starting one MAX difficulty for the...
Nice mods!
Thanks for all the work you invested!
One question (wasnt answered in the opening post): Will the game spawn multiple instances of the same nation if it has multiple versions in its list? Like could I end up with Frederick and Barbarossa, both leading a German nation, in the same game?
Gumbolt is right, I tried to make it a race between teams. Being defeated by the AI doesnt seem like a lot of fun, at least not for many people. Plus I try to change the difficulty level between scenarios so that the teams never realy know whats coming. While I understand that total...
There was an earlier version of my "build a railroad" scenario. You would have started on a big, twisted/blocked continent with two settlers far from each other with the goal to found both cities within 5 turns and to connect them by railroad before winning the game.
I changed the concept...
My first idea for the map was to have a huge continent. It would have long mountain ranges, big inland seas and ice fields north and south (together forming a labyrinth style world). You would have started with one settler at the eastern sea and one at the western sea. Your goals would have been...
No, these are the changes between version 1.0 which was tested and version 1.1 which you played.
I wanted to say: I'm glad you liked it because it worked just as intended right from the start :) Few changes were needed from the initial concept
Just in case you're intrested: After initial testing, these were the only changes I made to the map:
I hoped to stop teams from totally rushing the eastern neighbours. I didnt want to see russia or egypt fall before they can show their strenght
