I don't really care about the -1F... it's just that a whole workshop just to change yield isn't worth it. all other improvements give a bonus yield.. workshop is the only one that is yield-neutral. Bloom is better... a forest gives +1H, +1Health, and option to build lumbermill. it could...

Workshops are indeed the weakest improvement, but mid-game it allows you to get a mine-equivalent where you only had flatlands... but I agree that they could do more ... -1F +2H from scratch ? (and even that is not much)... maybe they give a "worker" specialist in the city?

IIRC it was (at least partially) for two reasons : - so that the different barb factions could war between each others (thus earning some xp) - so that you could have the Doviellos, at peace with barbs, and the Clan, at peace with Barbs, and Infernals, at peace with barbs... still be at war...

it's in the pedia. each version of the altar gives more culture more priest specialist slots and either (or both of the following): - more hammers per priest specialists - more xp to disciple units

that's exactly it. but you should also note that you won't notice Hell Terrain approach on water/coast... so all your coasts needs to be auto-sanctified to protect from hell terrain encroaching, even when not seeing it.

the others are bugs, but Acheron can move. In AoE, he has a leash that allows him to move from 2 to 5 tiles from his city (it's supposed to vary from game to game between 2 and 5 but I always seems to get him at 5 tiles of movement)

I also find it too expensive... but the AI can spam it... and I've seen them raise the AC from a safe 15 to 40+ in less than 50 turns by building it in multiple cities. it curbed their growth into nothing for those turns, (but trapped behind strong Balseraphs they couldn't expend at all). but...

I have the same bug. sometimes after loading a game, a timer appears out of nowhere. I don't even know how to disable it.. and as for Avaddon reloading a few turns back generally works (but its frustrating) (and 1 min 30 to play a turn is not much)

honestly ? I'm with JACV3434 on this. The platybuilder is awesome :) (esp when you cheat.. (hmm correct misclicks) :p ... it's easy to get back on units, add movements (1-10) without needing to scroll through all promotions to give movement promotions ; get a new level up ; allow for re-casting...

You are right... I expect I might have been biaised by modmods that change the values. their only str is the poison (to cripple mounted units that successively retreat after attacking) and being HN. however that leaves them much weaker that LB....

that... shouldn't happen. maybe i didn't copy some of the files... and @black_imperator didn't know he should look for it :)
