Don't worry. I know. Despite there being a peace, I still ended up doing combat rolls this update. Oh well. As soon as Eltain gets his orders in, I'm updating.
As war in the Middle East came to an end, another country fell into Civil War in South America, who have already seize 80% of Brazentina.

OOC: Largely a test of the reformed rebellion system. The new system, combined with the way rebellions lower CE, has proven to me that there's no reason to have it lower CE anymore. So, I'm removing Fund Rebels ability to do that.

1. Yes. Missed that (I found your post BTW).
2. No because Khitan expanded and spent their XPs so I assumed they skipped out on the deal and you told me to sell it for XPs.
On another note, since funding rebels is now powerful enough on its own, it no longer needs the "reduce CE" ability.
