Backstory:
Welcome to Mafiville! Mafiville was founded in 1910 Bill "Scarface" Jones, the first mobster in Mafiville. You can probably guess by that little fact that Mafiville always has had a Mafia problem. They did, in fact the entire city government was ran by the Mafia. But this is the 60's, a time for change. At the start of the decade, MartinLuther became Mayor of Mafiville. During his time in office, MartinLuther threw out all the Mafioso out of the government and sent them all to the electric chair ridding the town of the nuisance. Or so he thought...
Backstory on the Killer:
Update 0
The sun rose on Mafiville. The excited Townies woke up to go to the Annual Picnic held outside the Mayor's Office. But when they got there, they found the Mayor's dead body on the steps to his office. His chest had so many holes, it almost resembled Swiss Cheese.
MartinLuther was Killed!
The Deputy Mayor came out of the office. "Welcome to the Fifth Annual Mafiville Picnic," said The Deputy Mayor. He noticed the townies' worried faces. He looked where they were looking only to see his running mate's dead body. "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAH!" he screamed, "What happened to him?" He was only answered by a long scilence. "It's a conspiracy, man!" said someone, breaking the scilence, "It was the Mafia who killed him! He took them out of power and they wanted revenge on him for doing that." Mumbles of agreement came from the crowd. The Mayor's Assistant burst out of the office and handed the Deputy Mayor a slip. The Deputy Mayor read it. "Oh My Lord! This paper says The Infamous Mafiville Killer escaped from his Maximum Security Prison." said the Deputy Mayor. "Now we have a Mafia and a Killer problem. I wonder how were going to solve this problem." There was a long pause as The Mayor thought to himself. "I got it!" exclaimed the Deputy Mayor, "Every Morning we'll have a democratic lynch party at Town Hall! There, we will vote for who we think is Mafioso or the Killer." Mumbles of agreement surged through again. "This will start today!" shouted the Deputy Mayor.
Day 1 has Begun! Start voting!
